The non-statutory Infrastructure Code of Practice (ICOP) sets out principles and procedures to guide all those involved in negotiating third-party access to oil and gas infrastructure on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS).

Provision of information

Consistent with the principles of the Code, Tedstone Oil is required to make High Level Capacity Information publicly available to enable prospective users to determine the suitability of the infrastructure to meet their transportation and processing requirements.
